15 October 2024, Kampar, Perak -   A grateful thanks to SMK Methodist for inviting us to conduct the Body Core Strength Exercises sports workshop in their school for Peralihan to Form 5 around 750 students. Students were having a lot of fun and learned how to strengthen the core muscles
