By KHHM2234 Restaurant Management | DHT2S2 group B | 10 amazing students | 2 May 2025 | 37 pax served
What a night to remember!
From planning to plating, our Diploma in Hotel Management (DHT2S2) students pulled off a magical Starry Night-themed restaurant as part of their KHHM2234 Restaurant Management subject. With just 10 team members, they prepared to serve 37 guests in a truly stellar dining experience.
Preparation started one month earlier, from food testing to design, decoration, and theme coordination—ensuring smooth service and an easy clean-up post-event. Just one day before the big day, the students were already in high gear prepping ingredients, decorating the space, and running through every detail to perfection.
On 2nd May, despite limited time, they delivered not just great food, but a heartfelt performance too—bringing joy, laughter, and emotions to every table.
Highlights from the Menu:
•Roasted Chicken with Gravy & Vegetables
•Poached Fish with Hollandaise Sauce
•Sweet Peas with Yellow & Orange Veggie Medley
•Lychee Delight with Milk Jelly
•Dessert of the Day – Galaxy Sweet Treat (Ready-Made Cake)
•Welcome Drink: Sprite & Ribena Mix
From kitchen to service, these students worked as a team—facing challenges, managing pressure, and still finding the heart to perform and make the night beautiful.
To our DHT2S2 Group B starYou’ve proven not only your skill but your spirit.
This is more than just grades—it’s a memory, a lesson, and a celebration of what you’re capable of.
Keep shining and always aim for the stars!
