Spreading Holiday Cheer: A Meaningful Collaboration
15 December 2024, Kampar - A Sweet Holiday Spirit: Students Bring Joy with Christmas Treats for a Cause
Wesley Methodist Church became the heart of holiday cheer, as six passionate students from RHC spread festive joy by selling scrumptious Christmas cookies. But the treats didn’t stop there—customers also had the chance to place orders for mouth-watering Christmas Yule Log cakes and traditional Christmas puddings, making it a true celebration of seasonal flavors.
This heartwarming project was a fantastic example of collaboration, uniting students from TAR UMT, Perak Branch, with the renowned Copthorne Hotel in Cameron Highlands. The initiative wasn’t just about indulging in delicious festive goodies—it also had a greater purpose.
All proceeds from the event were donated to two worthy causes: the Cleft Lip & Palate Association of Malaysia (CLAPAM) and the TAR UMT Loan Fund. This charitable effort not only filled the air with the sweet scent of holiday treats but also made a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
Through their hard work and dedication, the students exemplified the true meaning of the season—coming together to make a positive impact. It was a day filled with joy, generosity, and a reminder of the power of giving back to the community.
