Battle of the Chefs 2022 National Level 

Battle of the Chefs 2022 national level. A splendid display of talents last weekend in SPICE Penang, where four of our hospitality students clinched 2 bronze and 5 diplomas. Mighty proud of their achievements despite having intensive training for only 3 weeks after the start of the new semester with in-person classes. Kudos to Yip Wing Loc, Jesson Khor Yung Hom, Jahnusaha Bai and Saw Yi Sheng who competed in categories of: hot cooking - pasta, fish, beef, plated dessert, & fruit carving. Thank you to all the lecturers who went beyond the call of duty and trained, motivated, took care and accompanied them at the competition . We sponsor students for competition so that they realize it is not only about winning, but to develop resilience and overcome constraints, to boost their confidence and interest in related fields.
